Memorial students were exited to interact with the new lines we had painted. We've got a running track, hopscotch, 4 squares, wall ball and a bright new basketball court. 

Memorial students who participated in the talent show this past week rocked it! The whole school came together in the Auditorium to enjoy the show. A special thanks to Mr. Kirkbride for all the time and energy he put into helping make this such a success. The set looked awesome, the students were amazing, what a great event!  

Memorial's Scholastic book fair was a big success this week. We sold over $3,500 worth of books and items. The money fundraised through this event will go directly back into the Memorial school library. Through student and staff feedback we will purchase popular books to add to our collection.

We are excited to share that new websites are coming for our school board and all 93 HWDSB schools the first week of May. These refreshed sites are designed to be easier to use, more accessible, and make it simpler for families to find the information they need. This work is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance how we share information, connect, and collaborate with families, staff, and communities across the system.
